Brazilian clubs Corinthians and Atletico-MG are reportedly interested in signing Inter Milan and Uruguay striker Diego Forlán.

The Italian serie A outfit has responded by placing a $6.6 million price tag on the 32-year-old, according to Brazil's Globoesporte and Lancenet! newspapers.

Forlán (pictured), winner of the golden ball at the 2010 World Cup, has struggled to find his form since joining Inter Milan from Atlético Madrid last August.

In 17 matches for the Nerazzurri the former Manchester United, Villarreal and Atlético Madrid forward has scored just twice this season in the Serie A.

"Atletico-MG doesn't make comments on contract negotiations so I'm not going to deny or confirm it," Atletico-MG football director Eduardo Maluf told Globo television channel.
