A-League final

The final round of the A-League gets underway tonight, as the Melbourne Heart travel to Hindmarsh Stadium to take on Adelaide United. The Heart at $2.85 looks tasty to win, but then again it will likely end in a draw, so the bet to take here is a correct score line 1-1.

The sole Saturday fixtures sees Perth Glory host the Melbourne Victory, with my A-League value bet of the round coming from this one, as I'm expecting the Glory to bounce back and win easily, at $2.10 odds. Shane Smeltz to score at any time is another great option.

The first of three big fixtures on Sunday will firstly see the Central Coast Mariners seal the minor premiership with victory over Wellington in New Zealand, Sydney FC will edge out Newcastle for the final spot in the top six, 2-1, and finally the Brisbane Roar will be far too strong for the Gold Coast, and at odds of $1.73, you will be kicking yourself if you don't take it.

Del's outrageous multi of the week: Melbourne Heart-Adelaide both to score, into Perth, CCM, Sydney and Brisbane all to win. (Odds: $33.37)

Fatigue in the English Premier League

It's been a very busy week in England, and for that reason, do not be surprised if fatigue takes its toll on some of the big boys this weekend. The Chelsea-Tottenham blockbuster is the first game of the round, and surely the Blues will win here, particularly given Spurs poor run of late. Definitely the option to take is both teams to score, so treat that with care.

Norwich look the goods to take care of Wolves at Carrow Road, Sunderland will thump QPR at the Stadium of Light in my EPL value bet of the round, while Liverpool and Arsenal should cruise at home. The same will definitely be said for Manchester United, who will demolish Fulham at Old Trafford. I'm not sure why, but I have a very strong feeling that they will back up last weekend's performance with another 5-0 victory, so take it at Sportsbet, at odds of $23.

In Italy, there are a couple of huge fixtures to look forward to, so make sure you pay close attention here. Both teams will definitely score in both game, AC Milan-Roma and Juventus-Inter. Milan will come into the game as favourites, but I'd be backing a draw here at $3.60. Juventus should defeat bitter rivals Inter in front of their own fans, but at $1.61 you will probably get better value for the both to score option. Alessandro Del Piero to score at any time should be taken, given the legends heroics midweek in the Coppa Italia.

In other matches, Palermo and Udinese will also both score, Lecce will pick up a big win at Novara, Napoli will be too strong at home, while Parma will pick up a crucial win on the road in my Serie A value bet of the round at $2.

In Spain, Barcelona and Real Madrid will destroy their opponents, as the race for the La Liga title heats up. Athletic Bilbao will be too strong at home, Atletico Madrid are my La Liga value bet of the round to pick up a crucial win on the road, while Levante should get the job done at home to Osasuna in a game where both teams will certainly score.

Elsewhere in Europe, take Lyon in France, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund in Germany, Heerenveen and AZ in the Dutth Eredivise, along with both teams to score and over 3.5 goals in the Ajax-PSV clash, Sporting Lisbon and Sporting Braga in Portugal, and of course Celtic in Scotland at $2 against great rivals Rangers in the Old Firm derby.

DEL'S TIP OF THE WEEK: Real Madrid, Bayern Munich & Manchester United to win into Sunderland win or draw (Odds: $2)

Stay tuned for the results...
